What is the production and delivery timeframe?
In-stock products are shipped within 2–5 business days. Custom orders require 7–14 business days for production, after which they are shipped immediately.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted for standard products in accordance with applicable regulations. Custom-made products are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
